Well, as of today I am 6.4 pounds away from my Glock Goal! I've lost 43.6 pounds since early January 2011 and I could not be happier. I've learned to cut my intake, and learned to work within my snack weakness with flavored almonds, popcorn, and varieties of Cheez-it crackers. With any luck, I could be showing off my Glock in less than 2 weeks!
Thanks to everyone for their support and for putting up with my "no buffet" policy.
