Early voting has started in many places, so don't be caught standing in line.  Get your brooms and get ready to sweep the garbage out of Washington!  This will be my wife's first year to vote, so we're really excited to be going together. 

It's time to prove to the leftist idiots that infest our media, schools, and some churches, that the people didn't want this massive shift to socialism (despite what they reported when Obama won).  We're tired of the spending, back room deals, and blatant lies about philosophy, health care, transparency, etc.  Your days are now numbered, Lame Duck Barry.  Your days are numbered.

New Reviews and possible contest coming soon

In an effort to boost my chances for a youtube partnership, I'm going to be making more regular videos of all sorts like rants, music and concert reviews, cooking, guns and other stuff.  That being said, I will be doing the both SR9 reviews soon, which will be posted a week or 2 apart, the NCstar weapon light, NRA gun vault, etc. 

Also, if you have a Beretta 92FS with Tactical rail or the Taurus equivalent, I will be holding a contest for a Fobus paddle holster (slightly scarred up on the inside).  NOTE:  This holster WILL NOT FIT the Taurus PT-101 from Academy Sports (16+1 round).  I tried to Dremmel out some of the plastic to get it to fit, and finally gave up.  Some fine grit sand paper will smooth it out.

We're a happy (Ruger) family!

I try not to be brand myopic, but Ruger has made it hard for me to resist.  Ruger has made some fine firearms in the past, but these new Hard-R series (including the SR-9's, SR-556, etc.) are amazing weapons and amazing values.  I am now the proud owner of a full size SR-9 in stainless (the wife's gun), and an SR-9c in matte black.  I've fired the full size before, and found it VERY accurate and easy to shoot.  We went yesterday to break in the compact version and it did not disappoint.  It was dead accurate at defensible ranges, and only a couple of inches to the left of center at 25 yards!  I also found it as or more comfortable to shoot than the full size.  Look for video reviews soon at my Youtube channel soon!  (Link available at the top).
